The Edradour Bordeaux Cask Finish 21 Years Old was distilled in 1999, the spirit was initially matured in ex-Bourbon hogsheads for 13 years, before being recasked into a small batch of 25 freshly dumped Premier Grand Cru Bordeaux hogsheads on 11th July 2013. Cask numbers 808 and 810 were selected for this bottling and the whisky was finished in these casks for 88 months.
