Distillery Reserve Collection Scapa aged for two decades on the wild, untamed Northern Isle of Orkney. With a long fermentation time then distillation in the unique Lomond still the team at Scapa have created an intensely fruity spirit. This spirt was aged for 20 years in a first fill barrel, cask #87 before bottling on the 15th of July 2020 at 51% abv.Ā
Tropical fruits complimented by vanilla and hints of walnut fill the glass. One of just 280 bottles released.
