An intriguing single cask Tullibardine released by celebrated independent bottler Chorlton Whisky. This single malt was drawn from a refill wine barrique that previously held peated spirit.
The smoke from the cask gives a great bit of background complexity to this characterful dram. The palate is bold, fruity and funky with notes of banana, oranges, liquorice and coffee cake. There’s also a nod to old school Tullibardine with rye and juniper in the mix too.
Bottled as part of the summer 2025 releases at a cask strength of 52.2% abv.
